Each Bloom Bar features premium, hand-selected blooms with a selection of color palettes, thoughtfully curated for your event. From intimate gatherings, baby showers, weddings, and corporate events, we provide everything needed for an effortless, elevated experience where guests design and wrap beautiful, take-home bouquets.

BLOOM BAR POLICIES

  • All Bloom Bar rentals must be placed at least one month in advance with a pickup and return date during normal business hours.
  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to reserve the Bloom Bar for event date. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to the event date. 
  • Clients may either pick up the Bloom Bar from our shop or arrange delivery at the time of booking.
  • If pickup is selected, clients are responsible for transport, setup, operation, breakdown, and timely return of all rental equipment.
  • The bouquet stand must be returned without damages within 48 hours of your event date and cleaned of all debris. All stands, buckets, and rental materials remain the property of The Flower Market on 7th and must be returned in the condition received. Clients assume responsibility for equipment while in their possession and agree to keep a credit card on file for replacement costs, damage, loss, or late return of rental items.

  • The bouquet stand is pre-assembled and measures 19.2 x 29.9 x 43.3 inches and weighs 15 lbs without water. The bouquet stand must be returned within 48 hours of your event during normal business hours.
  • The florals for the Bloom Bar rental will be boxed for pickup or client has the option to bring their own 5 gallon buckets for transport or purchase 5 gallon buckets of floral solution water from The Flower Market on 7th.
  • Please ensure that the Bloom Bar stand and flower buckets/boxes will fit in your vehicle for pickup. We suggest bringing at least one vehicle for the bouquet stand and another vehicle for the flower pickup.
  • All Bloom Bar floral selections are designer’s choice and subject to change based on seasonality and farm availability. Due to seasonal and farm availability, floral varieties may vary and substitutions of equal value and aesthetic may occur. Specific flower requests are not guaranteed.
